The Implementation Process

We realize that implementing any medical software requires more than a basic knowledge of software and hardware. To fill this need and ensure the smoothest transition possible we have designed the process to ensure everything from hardware verification to software training is completed in a timely manner. Upon entering an agreement you are assigned a project manager to provide a constant point of contact. Your project manager exists to assist you and coordinate every facet of your transition.

Training

Your software is only as good as your ability to use it. For this reason we at TechnoDoc USA have designed training to ensure the most complete remote or onsite training possible.

Support

Our support staff is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with after-hours support available when requested or in case of emergencies. Our support staff utilizes the latest technology to provide phone and remote support to ensure the fastest resolution possible.
